With over four decades of behind-the-chair experience, Dawn is the visionary owner of East Coast Hair Studio and creative force behind Dawn’s Creative Designs. My career has been an incredible journey of growth, creativity, and continuous learning in an ever-evolving field.
After relocating from Lansing, Michigan to Boca Raton FL in my early twenties, I refined my craft while working in some of the area’s most prestigious salons. These formative years shaped my signature approach: elevated, natural and effortlessly polished.
On October 10, 2023, I brought my vision to life with the opening of East Coast Hair Studio- a boutique style salon designed to deliver a luxury, personalized experience where every detail matters.
I remain deeply passionate about working behind the chair, creating beautiful, customized styles for every client through Dawn’s Creative Designs. I believe that hair should enhance who you are, not change it. My goal is to create a look that feels authentic, refined and uniquely yours.
My approach focuses on enhancing each individual’s personal style— blending dimensional and natural color, blonde highlights, and precision layered cuts for both men and women. This will create a cohesive and natural look. I believe every style should reflect the client’s individuality. Attention to detail- especially in custom color formulation and shape- is the foundation for every style I create.

I started my journey in the hair business in 2004.
I have had the opportunity to work in many interesting places around the world. I feel fortunate to have experienced so many different people and techniques with my travels in hair. I have enjoyed being a stylist in some of the most prestigious salons around the world. To name only a couple of them they include Pace E Luce in Dubai and Qatar Pace E Luce.
Over the years I have had extensive advanced training in London and Paris for hair color and cutting techniques. I enjoy learning about and specializing in all of the latest trends and styles.
Moving to Boca Raton in 2017, I feel this is the place I am meant to be. My goal is to provide expert hair coloring and cutting services to my clients. I find a detailed consultation is the best way to determine their desired look while offering my professional guidance to achieve the best results.

For over 30 years, Jennifer Lemega has been a trusted name in the East Boca Raton community — a master colorist whose artistry is matched only by her genuine care for her clients and the health of their hair.
Jennifer specializes in blonding services and is celebrated for creating color that looks effortlessly natural — never overdone. Her passion for healthy hair, natural-looking color, and natural texture is at the heart of everything she does. Whether crafting a seamless balayage or sculpting a precision cut, her work reflects decades of skill and a true artist's eye.
A former salon owner, Jennifer built her reputation from the ground up. Today, she offers select part-time availability, giving each client a personal, unhurried, and exceptional experience.
Beyond the salon, Jennifer partners with her husband in the Medicare insurance industry, helping clients navigate their coverage options with the same warmth and dedication she brings to every guest.
Outside of work, Jennifer is happiest surrounded by her fur babies, spending quality time with her nieces and nephews, and living a yogi life — grounded, intentional, and full of good energy.

I have been a Master stylist in the Boca Raton area for 25 + years.
I am a certified Hairtalk extension specialist. Doing extensive training with Schwarzkoph and Wella Koleston professional color lines has taugh me how to achieve the desired color that my clients are looking for. After trying many different products to help control the frizz in South Florida, I have found Lasio keratin smoothing treatment to be the best product to achieve this. I also specialize in Men and Women’s haircuts and styles.
I take pride in staying up with current trends in color and haircuts by taking educational classes when ever new techniques come out.
I have found in my years of experience that a detailed consultation is the key to achieving a successful experience in creating exactly what my client is envisioning.

Hi I’m Michele Boylan,
I am born and raised in South Florida. I grew up in Boca Raton and received my cosmetology licensed about 10 years ago. Most of my experience and training has been in the area. As much as I love doing hair, I also have 4 beautiful boys and a husband of 15+ years. Finding the right balance with juggling motherhood, obviously an important job I take very serious and having a career in the hair industry can be challenging at times. I love the connections I make with my clients and really see it as therHairpy.
I look forward to giving you a full service refresh. Whether it is color or highlights that you need or a fresh new haircut. I’m happy to work with you to achieve your perfect hair goal. I also work with Men and children to get your hair cleaned up and looking your best. Living in South Florida humidity is something that can be a struggle with most hair. Try our keratin smoothing treatment to help control some of the frizz. In addition to hair, I do facial waxing. As a bonus, I have worked for MAC and can do make-up for a special event or just a night out. I can’t wait to meet you behind the chair.
